We end this core series with Wisdom. You have worked so hard this month. I hope that Wisdom comes as a place of strength and relief to you. It was hard won!
From Harp we release the legs back to Sacrifice and breathe here a moment. Straighten the legs before you and lift at the heart. Hinge down, walking the hands down your legs until you’ve gone as far as you’re able by hinging at the hip. When you’ve gone as far as you can then release and fold at the waist. Breathe here, laying down before God all you continue to carry. Rest in Him and in the Wisdom that comes of this position.
